Your modern, private studio offers a separate butler’s pantry and luxurious bathroom with a separate walk-in waterfall shower and sink-into full size double-ended bath. The main bedroom offers an extremely comfortable king size bed, dressed in decadent French linen, and a relaxing seating area. Both look out over your private deck onto the plunge pool and river.

Start each day with a freshly prepared breakfast and finish it relaxing together over a delicious dinner, all cooked for you by the host herself – and yes, as a Master Chocolatier, there will definitely be chocolate treats involved!

Each studio has been built with luxury in mind.

A butlers pantry allows you to create snacks and store your wine in the fridge along with a large robe and shelving area for your personal items.


In your separate bathroom you have a water fall shower with a full-size bath for the ultimate relaxation.

The king size bed is dressed in beautiful French linen which you can luxuriate in as you enjoy the breath-taking views out over the river and the plunge pool.

A table and chairs that can be inside or out depending on your mood and if you prefer a private breakfast out on the deck or a romantic dinner.

Yes, you can book any class. For a resident student there are no minimum class sizes so we can organise chocolate classes to suit your needs and create you a VIP itinary
Everything you need to prepare a light meal or snack All the essentials including a kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, wine and water glasses are also provided.  Cheese boards and cutting utensils. Mini fridge for your wine. You will find washing up liquid, cleaning cloths a tea towel. Built in wardrobe with hangers and shelving area.
The bedroom has bedside tables, a king size bed, all linen, pillows, sofa bed/couch can be opened into a double bed, table and chairs.
Full-sized, separate bathroom has a modern walk-in shower, Bath, timber vanity, and toilet. Toilet paper. Bath towels, hand towels, face washers. Luxury, complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and body wash from Pure Essence, Sacred Life Range using the unique healing properties of Australia’s Certified Botanics as used by the Indigenous Australians, for thousands of years.
No. You will supplied luxury towels on a heated towel rack in the bathroom. We provide one bath sheet and hand towel per person. There is also a bath mat in the shower room and a tea towel in the kitchen.
You have access to 2 acres of land and a lagoon. There is also seating overlooking the lagoon for you to use. You have deck chairs outside your studio and access to the common area with couches and outdoor table seating
Yes, the studios have fully controllable fans and split systems.
The studios do not have individual washing machines.
You can check in to your studio from 3pm on your day of arrival. Where possible we ask that you arrive no later than 8pm so we can prevent disturbing other guests and the peacefulness of the site. However, we know that you may have a long journey, so please let us know if you plan to arrive after 8pm. 

We ask that you please depart by 10am on the morning of your departure.
We operate a contactless check-in and check-out process which we will tell you more about nearer to your arrival date. We are however on-site to help should you need us.
Yes, the studios have free WiFi plus we have a strong 4G signal across the site for most networks.
Yes, there is free parking for one vehicle per studio. There is a designated parking area just a short walk from your front door.

  • Our exclusive Book Direct cancellation policies whereby if you need to cancel your trip with us more than 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be retained, but no further charges are due. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full balance will be retained.

Book direct with us and if after your first nights stay you are not completely satisfied with your studio and its surroundings then simply let us know. We will refund you in full and we will also help you to find alternative accommodation. That’s our promise to you.

In exceptional circumstances, and at the owner’s discretion, you may be able to move your stay to alternative dates, subject to availability.

We strongly recommend that even when holidaying in your own country you take out holiday insurance. An annual multi-trip insurance policy for 2 will cost around $220.

We had an excellent time and Wendy, and Martin are great hosts. Lots of thought and attention to detail was evident from the décor to the menu and across the board. Wendy’s food surpassed our expectations and we looked forward to breakfast every morning while we took in the view out over the property watching the wildlife. The room was very comfortable and the pool was perfect which made relaxing very easy. We loved the chocolate making experience. It is not something we would usually have tried but it was well worth it. We look forward to going back soon

The fine details and beautifully decorated accommodation were very comfortable and welcoming. Beds and linen extremely comfortable. The personal touches and facilities made our stay so relaxing.
