Located on the Mighty Murray River and nestled in an exclusive corner of town, this hidden gem offers two luxurious studios, facing the river. Because we cater just for grown ups, you can enjoy a truly relaxing and peaceful break away.
Your modern, private studio offers a separate butler’s pantry and luxurious bathroom with a separate walk-in waterfall shower and sink-into full size double-ended bath. The main bedroom offers an extremely comfortable king size bed, dressed in decadent French linen, and a relaxing seating area. Both look out over your private deck onto the plunge pool and river.
Start each day with a freshly prepared breakfast and finish it relaxing together over a delicious dinner, all cooked for you by the host herself – and yes, as a Master Chocolatier, there will definitely be chocolate treats involved!

Each studio has been built with luxury in mind. A butlers pantry allows you to create snacks and store your wine in the fridge along with a large robe and shelving area for your personal items.
In your separate bathroom you have a water fall shower with a full-size bath for the ultimate relaxation. The king size bed is dressed in beautiful French linen which you can luxuriate in as you enjoy the breath-taking views out over the river and the plunge pool.
A table and chairs that can be inside or out depending on your mood and if you prefer a private breakfast out on the deck or a romantic dinner.

For the ultimate in convenience, consider our Gourmet Food Packs, perfect for enhancing your glamping adventure. These meticulously curated packs offer breakfast and dinner options, as well as a grazing pack for a leisurely lunch. We wholeheartedly recommend them for an effortlessly indulgent experience. Is the accommodation adults-only?
Yes, our luxurious studio accommodations are exclusively for guests aged 18 and over.
What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 3 PM to 6 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM. Please notify us in advance if you need to arrive outside these times.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
Is breakfast included in the stay?
If your booking package includes breakfast, you’ll enjoy a gourmet à la carte breakfast crafted by our private chef. For full details, please refer to the Breakfast Menu on our website.
What food is available during our stay?
In addition to breakfast (if included in your package), guests can enjoy a range of delicious meals including casual lunches, gourmet dinners, and picnic hampers. We offer seasonal menus and curated dining experiences. Please refer to the Menu section of our website for current menus and availability.
Is there a kitchen in the studio?
Studios include a Butler’s Pantry for light meal and snack preparation only. Cooking facilities and personal appliances like BBQs are not permitted.
Is there a TV in the rooms?
No, our rooms do not include TVs. We encourage guests to unplug and unwind, surrounded by the tranquillity of our natural setting. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for those who wish to stay connected.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.
Can I bring takeaway food to my room?
We kindly ask that hot takeaway food not be consumed in bedrooms. You’re welcome to enjoy it in our dining area where we provide plates and cutlery on request.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors and near guest rooms. A designated area is provided outdoors.
Do you accept group bookings?
We do not accept stag, hen, or party-style group bookings. Our environment is designed for quiet, relaxed stays.

Your glamping experience includes an outdoor fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ, fridge, kettle, toaster, cookware, and cutlery. A charming 1950s “Woodie” caravan has been beautifully transformed into your private en-suite with shower and toilet.

Can I cook at the glamping site?
While cooking inside the tent is not allowed, you’re welcome to use the outdoor BBQ and enjoy meals from our gourmet food packs available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Just bring your favourite beverages!
Are meals included in the glamping experience?
Meals are not included by default, but you can add curated gourmet food packs or order from our seasonal dining menus. We recommend pre-ordering when you book.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed inside the tent unless otherwise pre-arranged and approved by management.
Is there a check-in time?
Yes. Check-in is from 3 PM to 6 PM. We’ll meet you at the main car park and transport your luggage while you enjoy a scenic walk to your glamping site.
Are fires allowed?
Yes, fires are permitted in the fire pit only and must be used responsibly. Keep fires at a safe distance from the tent, never leave them unattended, and fully extinguish them before bed. Please observe local fire restrictions.
What should I bring?
While the tent is fully equipped for comfort, we suggest bringing a cooler/esky for transporting chocolate or food in warm weather. Don’t forget your personal items and favourite drinks!
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a $100 refundable security deposit per tent is required on arrival. This covers damages or additional cleaning, and is returned (minus any deductions) within 7 days of your departure.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the tent. A designated smoking area is available on the property.
We do not accept stag, hen, or party-style group bookings. Our environment is designed for quiet, relaxed stays.
